Authenticated privilege escalation via client-side redirect bypass
Published Feb 26, 2026 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Privilege escalation in go2ismail Free CRM 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to gain administrative access. The /Users/* and /Roles/* controllers render privileged resources without server-side role checks and rely on a client-side redirect to block access. Any valid low-privileged account can interrupt the redirect or navigate back, then view users, create or delete accounts, reset passwords, and change account status.
