Script execution via i18n sanitizer bypass

XSS in Angular runtime and compiler allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a vulnerable application's origin. An i18n- marker on a security-sensitive bound attribute causes the runtime and compiler to bypass Angular's sanitizer for untrusted values. Exploitation requires an affected application to bind attacker-controlled data to the marked attribute and a user to render it, enabling session theft, data exfiltration, or actions as that user.
