Unauthenticated database manipulation via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Feb 26, 2026 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
SQL injection in the Setting Handler of itsourcecode.com School Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its MySQL database. The /settings/index.php endpoint inserts the unauthenticated GET parameter id into an SQL query without adequate validation or neutralization, as demonstrated by a time-based SLEEP payload. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful injection permits unauthorized database reads or writes within the database account's privileges.
