CVE-2026-32589Network attack vector

Cross-tenant upload interference via BlobUpload IDOR

Published Apr 8, 2026 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Authorization bypass in Red Hat Quay and Mirror Registry for Red Hat OpenShift allows remote authenticated users to alter active uploads. BlobUpload authorization fails to bind in-progress OCI upload objects to the owning repository, permitting operations against another tenant's sha_state-backed upload. Login and push access to any repository are required, but access to the victim repository is not required to read, modify, or cancel its in-progress upload.
