Subscriber SSRF via article URL fetch
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Server-side request forgery in apoyl Grab WeChat Articles 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to trigger server-side web requests. Patchstack identifies subscriber-level reachability, and the plugin's documented workflow fetches a user-supplied WeChat article link from the WordPress editor on the server side; public sources do not disclose the exact endpoint, parameter, or function that fails to restrict request destinations. Exploitation requires at least Subscriber access and is bounded to the plugin's outbound request capability, which can expose internal services or attacker-chosen remote resources to the vulnerable server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
