Contributor-level internal access via unsafe oEmbed URL fetch

SSRF in Andy Fragen Embed PDF Viewer 2.4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to issue server-side requests to arbitrary hosts. The oembed_pdf_viewer handler passes a Contributor-controlled external PDF URL to wp_remote_get(), which fetches it without SSRF-safe destination validation. Contributor-level access is required; the server-originated request can query or modify information exposed by internal services.
