INFO response corruption via decoded CRLF sequences

CRLF injection in mod_proxy_cluster allows remote attackers to corrupt INFO endpoint response bodies through the MCMP protocol. The decodeenc() function decodes percent-escaped carriage-return and line-feed bytes without neutralizing them before cluster configuration values are emitted in INFO responses. Access to the adjacent-network MCMP management port is required, but authentication and user interaction are not; the reported consequence is limited to response-body integrity.
