Unauthenticated AMF crash via undersized NAS payload

Out-of-bounds read in Ella Core before 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to crash the AMF process via a malformed integrity-protected NAS message. The NAS handler assumes an integrity-protected payload is at least seven bytes long and reads past its end when an undersized InitialUEMessage reaches parsing. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation interrupts service for all connected subscribers.
