Credential disclosure via world-readable configuration files

Information disclosure in motionEye before 0.44.0 allows local users to read administrator and camera credentials from configuration files. motionEye creates /etc/motioneye/motion.conf and camera-*.conf with mode 0644, exposing the SHA-1 administrator password hash and camera settings to every local account. Low-privileged local access is sufficient; the disclosed hash supports offline cracking or authenticated API forgery, while privilege escalation requires chaining a separate command-injection flaw.
