Process termination via oversized inbound Data frame

Uncaught exception in libp2p Yamux before 0.13.10 allows remote attackers to terminate a host process through an oversized Data frame. On a new inbound stream, the connection state queues a receiver before rejecting a Data frame whose SYN body exceeds DEFAULT_CREDIT; cleanup then calls remove(...).expect("stream not found") and panics. No Yamux-layer authentication is required, but a remote attacker must establish a session; one frame can terminate the host process under an aborting panic policy.
