Stored XSS via decoded Block Checkout field values
Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026
Stored XSS in ThemeHigh Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce 2.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through Store API fields. In prepare_single_field_data(), esc_html() output is immediately decoded for radio and checkboxgroup values, while get_allowed_html() permits select elements with onchange handlers. An unauthenticated checkout request supplies the stored value, but script execution requires an administrator to view the affected order details.
