API key theft via unsanitized JSONP callback

Cross-site scripting in the Tautulli API 1.3.10 through 2.16.1 allows remote attackers to steal an API key through a crafted webpage. In plexpy/api2.py, the response builder concatenates callback directly before JSON output while marking the result as application/javascript, without validating it as a JavaScript identifier. Exploitation requires a browser to load a crafted cross-origin script; arbitrary script injection affects all installs, while API-key disclosure requires no HTTP password.
