Traffic redirection and DNS outage via unvalidated IPs

Improper access control in CloudNative Labs kube-router before 2.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to redirect cluster traffic via Service objects. The proxy module's buildServicesInfo function copies Service.spec.externalIPs and load-balancer ingress IPs into IPVS and node routes without enforcing configured ranges or detecting ClusterIP conflicts. Namespace-scoped Service creation or update permission is sufficient to replace endpoints for a targeted IP, protocol, and port, enabling traffic redirection or a cluster-wide DNS outage.
