Server file disclosure and SSRF via XML entities
Published Mar 12, 2026 · Updated Mar 12, 2026
XML external entity injection in Tolgee Platform before 3.166.3 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via XML imports. XmlResourcesProcessor and ResxProcessor instantiate XMLInputFactory without disabling DTD support or external-entity resolution. Project import permission is required; crafted entities expose files readable by the service or send server-side requests to internal services.
