Editor crash via malformed NFA range compilation

NULL pointer dereference in Vim 9.1.0011 through 9.2.0136 allows local users to crash the editor via a crafted NFA regex. The NFA compiler emits a range endpoint’s combining bytes as separate states, corrupting the postfix stack before nfa_max_width() follows a NULL out1 pointer. Exploitation requires a user or process to supply and evaluate the crafted pattern, interrupting only that Vim process.
