License and feature disclosure via unauthenticated config route

Information disclosure in Shopware Commercial before 6.10.15 and 7.0.0 through 7.8.0 allows remote attackers to read license data. The /api/_info/config handler returns activated licenses and enabled commercial features in its JSON response without requiring authentication. Any network client that can reach the Administration API can learn plan entitlements and enabled feature state; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
