CVE-2026-3214Network attack vector

Automated-submission bypass via reusable security tokens

Published Mar 25, 2026 · Updated Mar 25, 2026

Authentication bypass in Drupal CAPTCHA before 1.17.0 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.9 allows remote attackers to reuse solved challenges. The module fails to invalidate used security tokens in certain submission flows, so a harvested valid token remains accepted for later form submissions. An attacker must first solve one challenge manually; replay then bypasses the anti-automation check and permits submissions that the CAPTCHA should block.
