Heap buffer overflow in EMQ Technologies NanoMQ before 0.24.11 allows remote attackers to crash the broker via a crafted HTTP request. In nanomq/rest_api.c, uri_param_parse allocates key and value buffers at strlen bytes, then sscanf appends terminators past those allocations. The REST API must be enabled and reachable; it requires Basic or JWT authentication, and the documented default Basic credentials are admin/public.
