Billing metadata disclosure via missing AJAX ACL

Missing authorization in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to read billing claim metadata via an AJAX endpoint. The Claim File Tracker handler at library/ajax/billing_tracker_ajax.php verifies CSRF but omits the acct/eob or acct/bill ACL check enforced by its UI before returning claim IDs, payer details, statuses, filenames, claims, and transmission messages. Any authenticated account with a valid session and CSRF token can reach the handler without billing permissions; the reported impact is limited to disclosure of claim-tracking data.
