Session hijacking via unescaped pain-map annotations

Stored XSS in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to hijack viewer sessions through saved pain-map annotations. The clickmap fn_buildMarker function decodes annotation text and concatenates it into HTML passed to jQuery, creating live elements and event handlers. An account permitted to edit encounter forms can persist JavaScript that runs when another user views the form, exposing non-HttpOnly session cookies and protected records.
