Missing authentication in OpenClaw before 2026.3.1 allows local users to access browser-control routes via failed auth bootstrap. When automatic credential bootstrap throws during startup, the browser-control service continues instead of aborting and leaves evaluate-capable actions unauthenticated. Exploitation requires a local process or a loopback-reachable SSRF path and grants browser evaluation access without valid credentials.
