Local command execution via unvalidated SHELL path

Command injection in OpenClaw before 2026.2.22 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a malicious SHELL value. The shell-env fallback in src/infra/shell-env.ts passes the inherited SHELL path to execFileSync with login-shell arguments without verifying that it names a trusted executable. Exploitation requires control of the process startup environment and runs the selected executable with the privileges and data access of the OpenClaw process.
