Unauthorized event injection via unchecked DM reactions

Incorrect authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.2.25 allows remote attackers to enqueue Discord DM reaction system events. The DiscordReactionListener DM path enqueues reaction-derived events without applying the dmPolicy and allowFrom checks used by normal messages. Reachability requires a restrictive DM policy and access to react to a bot-authored DM; the event does not directly execute commands, and impact depends on downstream automation or tool policy.
