Process crash via null NTS-KE string comparison

NULL pointer dereference in the NTS-KE dissector in Wireshark 4.6.0 through 4.6.3 allows attackers to crash the process. The dissect_nts_ke function passes a null pointer to strcmp while decoding a malformed NTS-KE packet, causing a zero-page read and process termination. Triggering requires the packet to be injected into captured traffic or a user to open a crafted trace file; the demonstrated consequence is a crash only.
