SSRF in OpenClaw before 2026.2.22 allows remote authenticated users to access blocked non-global addresses through web_fetch. The bundled isPrivateIpv4() guard checks only a narrow set of private ranges and treats omitted RFC special-use ranges, including 198.18.0.0/15, as permissible targets. Exploitation requires a request path reaching web_fetch and network reachability from the Gateway to the selected special-use address.
