Service crash via unbounded HID usage array

Memory exhaustion in the USB HID dissector in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.13 and 4.6.0 through 4.6.3 allows attackers to crash it. parse_report_descriptor() grows the field.usages array from packet-controlled USAGE_MINIMUM and USAGE_MAXIMUM values without limiting the range, permitting an allocation of roughly one element per value. Attackers can reach the dissector by injecting a malformed packet onto the monitored wire or persuading a user to open a malformed capture; the reported consequence is excessive memory consumption, an application hang, or a crash.
