RCE via WebSocket shell interpolation
Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026
OS command injection in Siteboon CloudCLI UI before 1.25.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through the WebSocket shell. The handler interpolates WebSocket-supplied projectPath and initialCommand into a platform shell string; sessionId is a second unsanitized input. Default deployments also use a known JWT secret and skip database user validation, so unauthenticated access grants the server process user's file and command privileges.
