Internal service access via unchecked Social Wall URL

SSRF in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-alpha.1 through 2.0.0-RC.2 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services. The read_url_with_open_graph endpoint passes the social_wall_new_msg_main POST URL to Guzzle and cURL without rejecting internal addresses or unsafe schemes. Any authenticated role, including a student, can make the server scan ports, read reachable internal content, or query cloud instance metadata.
