Arbitrary file read via backup archive symlink

Arbitrary file read in WeGIA 3.6.5 allows remote authenticated users to disclose server files through a crafted backup archive. The loadBackupDB() function extracts a tar.gz archive with PharData, selects a matching .sql member with glob(), and passes it to file_get_contents() without rejecting symbolic links. Administrative access to the backup restore feature is required; a symlink target readable by the web-service account can expose files such as config.php through a database-import error.
