CVE-2026-31891Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Restricted-content disclosure via unsanitized aggregation field names

Published Mar 18, 2026 · Updated Mar 18, 2026

SQL injection in Cockpit CMS 2.13.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read restricted SQLite content through the aggregation API. The toJsonExtractRaw() method in lib/MongoLite/Aggregation/Optimizer.php concatenates unsanitized field names into SQL, allowing aggregation input to escape json_extract() and bypass the _state=1 filter. Exploitation requires API access and a valid read-only API key; it exposes unpublished content and other collections in the same content database.
