Admin code execution via unsandboxed YAML rendering

Server-side template injection in JumpServer before 3.10.22 and 4.0.0 through 4.10.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The yaml_load_with_i18n() function in apps/common/utils/yml.py passes an uploaded manifest.yml file to an unrestricted Jinja2 Environment and renders attacker-controlled expressions before parsing the YAML. Administrative Applet Management or Virtual Application Management permission and an uploaded Applet or VirtualApp ZIP are required; successful exploitation runs arbitrary code inside the Core container.
