Account takeover via unchecked password reset

Authorization bypass in feiyuchuixue sz-boot-parent 1.3.2-beta allows remote authenticated users to reset any account password. The password reset handler accepts any supplied userId and resets that account to the default sz123456 without checking reset permission. Ordinary authenticated access is sufficient, enabling takeover of a targeted higher-privileged account after the password is reset.
