Database disclosure via unprepared email lookups
Published Mar 2, 2026 · Updated Mar 2, 2026
Blind SQL injection in Contest Gallery 28.1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive WordPress database data. The post_cg1l_resend_unconfirmed_mail_frontend AJAX handler passes cgl_mail into wpdb->get_row without a prepared query; another password-recovery path mishandles cgLostPasswordEmail. No account is required, but the site must expose the plugin's frontend password-recovery or resend-mail flow and its public nonce to reach the affected lookups.
