Application crash via childless TagSignature element

Null pointer dereference in iccDEV before 2.3.1.5 allows local users to crash profile-processing applications with a crafted XML profile. CIccTagXmlStruct::ParseTag() reads tagSigNode->children->content after identifying a TagSignature element without first confirming that the element has a child node. A user must cause an application using the affected parser to process the crafted file; the demonstrated result is a segmentation fault and service interruption.
