Service hang via uncleared PXP restart flag

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to hang PXP startup through the Intel Xe DRM driver. The pxp_start function leaves its restart flag set after returning to wait_for_idle, so its end-of-function retry jumps back indefinitely. The path requires low-privilege local access and Intel Xe graphics with PXP enabled; the endless in-kernel retry interrupts service.
