Donation status forgery via unsigned Stripe webhooks

Charitable 1.8.9.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to mark pending donations complete through forged Stripe webhook events. The Stripe webhook handler accepts payment_intent.succeeded payloads without cryptographically verifying their origin or signature. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network request can falsify donation status without a corresponding payment.
