Kernel memory corruption via concurrent GPIB ioctls

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel GPIB ioctl handlers allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through concurrent device operations. The read_ioctl, write_ioctl, command_ioctl, and wait_ioctl paths release big_gpib_mutex while retaining an unreferenced gpib_descriptor, so close_dev_ioctl can free it before subsequent use. Reachability requires local access to the GPIB ioctl interface and winning a race between an IBRD, IBWRT, IBCMD, or IBWAIT request and IBCLOSEDEV.
