Local denial of service via lock mismatch

Improper locking in the Linux Kernel USB DWC2 gadget code allows local users to deadlock the kernel during gadget shutdown. The dwc2_hsotg_udc_stop() path calls dwc2_gadget_exit_clock_gating() without holding hsotg->lock, so call_gadget() unlocks an unheld spinlock and leaves it locked on return. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a system using the DWC2 USB gadget driver; the resulting deadlock interrupts the host.
