System crash via uncleared gadget state

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel cdns3 gadget driver allows local users to crash the system through a USB role switch. After cdns3_gadget_start() fails, hardware remains in gadget mode while software stays INACTIVE, causing cdns_role_stop() to skip cleanup before host setup. The crash requires local write access to the USB role-switch sysfs control on a system using the affected Cadence DRD hardware.
