Kernel crash via malformed IPv6 ND options

Out-of-bounds read in the bridge code of Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system through malformed IPv6 ND options. The br_nd_send() parser trusts each option-provided length when advancing through the Neighbor Solicitation option span and can read a source LLADDR payload shorter than an Ethernet address. Low-privileged local access and execution of the affected bridge Neighbor Discovery path are required, and the bounded consequence is loss of system availability.
