Kernel memory overread via malformed firmware length

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel me4000 Comedi driver allows local users to access memory beyond a malformed firmware buffer. me4000_xilinx_download trusts a length stored in the first four firmware bytes and reads that many bytes from offset 16 without confirming that the source buffer contains them.
