Kernel panic via USB UVC unbind race

A race in the USB gadget UVC function in Linux Kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during a power-management transition. The PM freezer aborts uvc_function_unbind()'s timed wait, which clears cdev->gadget before the resumed V4L2 release path dereferences it. Triggering the crash requires an active USB gadget UVC function, a concurrent unbind, and a system suspend or aborted suspend transition.
