Local service disruption via dangling sysfs links

Availability flaw in USB RNDIS gadget handling in Linux Kernel allows local users to disrupt network-device operation during function unbind. The f_rndis bind path registers a persistent net_device under a temporary gadget parent, then destroys that parent on unbind without first reparenting the surviving device, leaving dangling sysfs links. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and an active USB gadget RNDIS configuration; the bounded consequence is incorrect sysfs topology and service interruption, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
