File-operation failures via stale SMB mount flags

Path handling error in the Linux Kernel 7.0 SMB client allows local users to disrupt file operations on SMB1 UNIX mounts. cifs_mount_get_tcon reads or updates mnt_cifs_flags before reset_cifs_unix_caps initializes them, omitting the POSIX path bit and selecting the wrong directory separator.
