Stored XSS via unencoded patient names
Published Feb 25, 2026 · Updated Feb 25, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in queue.php in Patients Waiting Area Queue Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. Patient registration stores the firstname and lastname fields in the database, and queue.php renders those values in the public queue without output encoding. Any viewer who loads the queue display, including a waiting-area monitor, executes the stored payload in the browser; low-privileged registration access is required.
