Kernel crash via unreferenced USB device pointer

Use-after-free in the ALSA caiaq driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the kernel during USB device teardown. create_card stores cdev->chip.dev without taking a USB-device reference, allowing the asynchronous private_free callback to dereference it after disconnect frees the device. Reachability requires local access and a supported caiaq USB audio device; the documented consequence is an availability loss rather than data access or modification.
