Local kernel memory corruption via undersized skb append

Buffer overflow in the Linux Kernel batman-adv module allows local users to corrupt kernel memory by aggregating OGM packets. The bat_iv_ogm.c aggregation path appends a packet with skb_put even when the forwarded skb lacks sufficient tailroom after aggregation changes. Triggering it requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in a network namespace to configure batman-adv, toggle aggregation, and inject OGM traffic; no uncontrolled race or user interaction is required.
