Local denial of service via RX overcommit

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt AF_ALG skcipher processing through crafted recvmsg calls. af_alg_get_rsgl() uses af_alg_readable() only as a gate and attaches RX scatterlist data without limiting extraction to the remaining af_alg_rcvbuf(sk) budget. A low-privileged local user must access AF_ALG skcipher sockets; insufficient RX space can make recvmsg fail and stop request processing.
