Unauthenticated service interruption via duplicate RESPONSE packets

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel RxRPC subsystem allows remote attackers to interrupt services via duplicate or late RESPONSE packets. The handler in net/rxrpc/conn_event.c reruns response verification and security initialization after the connection leaves RXRPC_CONN_SERVICE_CHALLENGING because the state test is not performed under state_lock. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published assessment limits impact to availability, with no confidentiality or integrity loss.
