Kernel memory exhaustion via leaked transmit buffers

Memory leak in the Linux Kernel Altera TSE driver allows local users to consume kernel memory when DMA packet mapping fails. In tse_start_xmit(), a failed dma_map_single() call returns NETDEV_TX_OK without freeing the consumed skb, leaking one transmit buffer per failure. Exploitation requires access to transmit through an affected Altera TSE interface and repeated mapping failures; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
